In a time of IED's and suicide bombers, specialized devices and protocols are required to minimize the potential of damage to life and property. The Kiosk Factory had designed a sophisticated system to do just that. The Sally Gate is a system of remote barriers, interfaces and protected control booth that allows controlled screening of vehicles and persons while minimizing threat to personel. Entry to the port is controlled by hydraulic barriers, once within the port drivers are challenged by use of an interactive pylon that makes use of cameras, microphone, magnetic stripe reader, barcode scanner, biometrics, and ionic scanners to identify persons and threats. Once within the port vehicles are completely secured until released or neutralized.
